If there were no false advertising on this page, I would have gotten a Q3 and would have been happier for it.

Complaining about it to support resulted in them sending confirmation that the keyboard doesn't support QMK, but it has a quarter-arsed support for Via (EDIT: I don't need to click on anything now, but I bought this keyboard in October). So here's a 12 step guide to get to the gif on this page, for a product that doesn't actually fully support the technology that it advertises.

POSITIVES: The keyboard is OK. I have a soft spot for low profile keyboards. It's built fine, doesn't flex if you lay it flat on the desk and don't use the feet. The long keys like Enter, Space and Backspace are all well-stabilised and with standard cherry-stems.

NEGATIVES: The firmware; bluetooth is noticeably slower than on my old logitech G915. The default keycaps are non-translucent, so the RGB is just a battery drain. The sheer fact that the keyboard has two switches is not ideal, but I can live with it.

I purchased this keyboard after looking for a keyboard to use with my iPad Pro workstation in the kitchen/dining room. I configured this K13 Pro with RGB lighting and low profile Gateron mechanical (hot-swappable) brown switches ... the perfect configuration for my typing "likes" and the smaller set up in the kitchen/dining. Compact, the keyboard feels very sturdy and provides a nice "thunky" typing experience. The fact that it can go cabled or bluetooth, support my Mac/iPad/iPhone, and is configurable via VIA ... what's not to like!! I use a Q3 Pro in my home office, and a Q1 Pro with my Mac in my basement setup ... this is the first non Q Pro, I've owned and very much enjoy using the K Pro 13. Like the design, quality, and craftsmanship of these boards so much, I backed the Q5 Pro on Kickstarter ... looking forward to that boards arrival in the July timeframe. Honestly, given the design and quality of these Keychorn keyboards and the fact you can customize to your hearts content, you can't go wrong with any of their boards. Very highly recommended!

As a software engineer, I extensively researched numerous mechanical keyboards before settling on this one as my first true mechanical keyboard. Having used the Apple Magic Keyboard for years, I grew accustomed to the convenience of a full 100% keyboard due to my frequent work with numbers. Thus, it was crucial for me to find a keyboard with a dedicated numpad. The K13 Pro impressively achieves a minimalistic key design while retaining essential programming keys. I am particularly enamored by its sleek design and the tactile feel of the key caps. However, one minor drawback I encountered is that the key caps do not allow the backlight to shine through the letters, which I personally wish were possible. Apart from this minor inconvenience, I consider this keyboard to be an excellent choice overall.
